Get Started: Advertiser
GolfInvestors is a great location to advertise your company and your company's products and services to a known target market.
To begin advertising on GolfInvestors you can following the steps below. By following the steps below you will be able to quickly setup an Advertiser account on the GolfInvestors ad management system.

1. Review Ad Info and Terms & Conditions for Advertising on GolfInvestors
Make sure you review demographics info, benefits
for advertising on GolfInvestors, ad rates,
and terms and conditions to get an idea of what GolfInvestors has to offer.
2. Setup Advertiser Account
To start advertising on GolfInvestors, you first need to setup an account on the GolfInvestors Ad
Management System (see Advertiser Setup Form).
When you sign up for an account you will be able to use your chosen id and
password to access your account on the system at any given time via a web browser.
This Ad Management System allows you to submit ad orders, review results of
your ad orders (impressions and click throughs), view invoices for the results
of your ad orders, and pay your outstanding amounts.
If you already have an id and password for the Ad Management System, then you
can log into your account in the left menu on any page of the website.
It is the same place an investor logs into
their account, as you are also able to trade on the GolfInvestor stock markets with your Advertiser account. Once logged into your account, you will have an "Admin"
link on the list of items in the top menu ( see
screen shot ). When you click on the "Admin" link, you will be
taken to the summary page of your ad account.
3. Prepare and Submit Your Ad Order Form Online
After you have logged into your account on ad management system goto the Admin section (see screen shot). The main page of the Admin section will show you a summary of your orders, their results, and billing summary (see screen shot).
To prepare and submit an ad order you need to go to the "Ad Order" page ( see screen shot ) of the Admin section. On that page you will see a list of the ad orders you have on the system. Click on the ad order to bring up the ad order form. Go through the ad order form (see screen shot) and fill in the fields. Once you have filled in the fileds press the submit button. The ad order is now ready for review by a GolfInvestors administrator. It will need to be reviewed by an administrator before the ad order goes "live" in the ad rotation on the site.
4. Ad Review & Approval
Each ad order you submit will be reviewed by a GolfInvestor Admin within 24 hours of
you "enabling" your ad ("enable" is a checkbox field on
the ad order form). During that period, it will be checked against the GolfInvestors
ad specifications and quality standards. Once an Ad Order is approved you will see the approval status for the ad order in your account. In addition you will receive an email notifying you the ad order has been approved (or rejeted). If the ad order is approved it will go inot the "live" rotation on the site.
If it is rejected you can not modify that ad order. However, you can copy the rejected ad order and modify the new copy of the ad order and thus submit that new ad order.
GolfInvestors reserves the right to reject an advertisement if it does not adhere to the GolfInvestors
ad specifications or is deemed offensive or inappropriate.
GolfInvestors does not advertise materials, products, and services
related to pornography (and yes, we know pornography is one of the few Internet
business models which is profitable at this time; so do not try to convince us
to change this policy).
5. Ad Goes Live
Once your ad is approved, it is placed into the advertising rotation on the
main GolfInvestors site and the GolfInvestors network of sites (private hosting accounts) depending on the specification
of the ad order. At this time, your ad is deemed to be "Live" and
cannot be altered.
6. Review Ad Status
For each "Live" ad order you can view it's status and the results in real-time.
at any time. The status report shows you how many times your ad has been viewed
and clicked on. In addition, you can view the details of each page impression
and click through. It only
shows you the date, and time of the impression or click through and page on GolfInvestors
which the ad was shown. It does not show personal information of a user.
7. Add More Ad Orders and Review Results
You can continue to add more ad orders and review their results at any time.
8. Billing & Payment
When submitting your ad order you would have selected the payment method for
that specific order (Credit Card or Check). Upon approval, your payment
info will be checked.
Invoices are issued on or around the 5th day of each month for the previous month's usage. You will be ale to see a history of the invoices and payments in your account. As well, you will receive an email notifying you of new invoices. Invoices are not sent via postal mail.
All invoices are payable within 15 days, unless otherwise stipulated in an invoice.
To pay invoices via credit card there is a "Pay Now" link on your
Invoice screen (see screen shot).
When paying outstanding amounts with a credit card, your credit card will be authorized through the system online. Once your credit card has been approved and charged your GolfInvestors account will be credited that the amount paid.
Note: we do not store your credit card info,
so you will need to enter it each time you pay with a credit card. This is for
security reasons.
To pay an invoice via check, you will need to make the check payable to "GolfSolutions" and mail to us (see Contact Info page for maling address). Once we receive
your check in the mail and your check has cleared at our bank, we will credit
your account on GolfInvestors.
